The east villa at The Summer Place is available to purchase. It sits on a 600 m² freehold plot above Dreamland, inside Pecatu Indah Resort on the Bukit, and is held through a foreign-owned company (PMA), the structure used for freehold ownership in Indonesia by non-citizens.

It is a finished, modern villa of roughly 300 m²: white render and marble floors, floor-to-ceiling glass, a walled plunge pool, a master terrace looking to the sea and the volcanoes, and a frangipani garden. The companion villa, Sunset, can be acquired alongside it, giving the whole plot.

The land

The plot is held freehold and surveyed at 600 m². It falls away to the north, down the Bukit toward the sea and the volcanoes, so the long views run off the front of the house. The two villas are set to take the light at either end of the day — Sunrise to the east, Sunset to the west — and the plot holds good sun across the year.
